Normal Tamiya connectors between the battery and the AEG wear out over time. The contact points in the plug become smaller. The result is a loss of voltage and a decreasing cadence. The T Connect Plug prevents this problem. It does not wear out and establishes a loss-free connection between the AEG and the battery. The T Connect Plug should only be installed by users who are also able to solder it accordingly.
