Designed and manufactured by G&G, ARP 556 is a high-quality replica developed in the Combat Machine project. The main idea of CM was to deliver an affordable model while still providing a high quality of internal mechanisms and the use of the best possible materials available.
This 510/600mm long replica is fed from a midcap magazine, weighs around 2400g, and shoots in a semi-automatic mode.
Main elements like a lower and upper receiver, handguard, outer barrel, and buffer tube are machined from high-quality metal alloys. Pistol grip and buttstock are manufactured from polymer with few small parts like sights are made from steel.
At the front, we can find an aluminum M-LOK handguard with a RIS rail at the top. This setup allows the user to attach different accessories suitable to their preference or mission requirements.
The barrel is outfitted with a 14mm CCW thread and can take different muzzle devices, suppressors, and tracers. The retractable PDW stock made of high-quality polymer is comfortable to use. It is also easy to handle in confined spaces and simple to stash. The battery is placed inside the buffer tube.
