The receiver and Keymod handguard are made from reinforced ABS polymer, making the rifle lightweight and comfortable to handle.  All major metal components — including the outer barrel, magazine shell and smaller fittings — are constructed from corrosion‑resistant aluminium alloy.

The 14 mm CCW threaded barrel allows the attachment of a wide range of muzzle accessories.  The retractable stock is easy to operate in confined areas and is specifically designed to house the battery safely and efficiently.

Internally, the CM621 features a reinforced **metal V2 gearbox**, ensuring reliable out‑of‑the‑box performance and providing an excellent base for future upgrades and customizations.
