Radius glasses manufactured by Magpul combine high-quality materials and superb protection with a ca sual style and inconspicuous looks. The product is designed with shooters in mind. It integrates uno btrusive temples with a low-key frame and impact-resistant lenses for a perfect blend of looks and e ye protection. Radiuses are best suited for medium to large-sized faces or users fond of generous gl asses.
Reinforced frames and temples are injection molded from TR90NZZ thermoplastic and anatomic ally shaped for improved comfort during everyday usage. The utilized material makes them lightweight yet exceptionally durable. Wide temples provide extra security from potential debris coming from th e sides. Additional rubber elements on the nose and temple sections substantially increase the weari ng comfort.
The lenses are extruded, cut, and heat formed from shatterproof polycarbonate. The gl asses are then layered in a scratch-resistant and anti-reflection hard coating for increased resista nce to grazing and surface damage. Additional oleophobic treatment guarantees liquid and chemical pr otection. The lenses are ballistic-rated with ANSI Z87+ and MIL-PRF 32432 ratings and provide 100% U VA and UVB protection with distortionless clarity. The gray-tinted lens grant optimal light transmis sion, absorbs colors equally for proper hue perception, and nullifies reflections.
