Warranty and Return
At Airsoftzone, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a two-year warranty and a 14-day return policy on all normal products. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your product, we've created a simple and hassle-free warranty and return policy to provide you with peace of mind. Please note that we're unable to accept returns on certain items, including gift cards and personalized items, unless they're defective or damaged. Additionally, we're unable to refund any shipping or handling fees, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
How to return
1. INITIATE RETURN
To initiate a return, you must first pre-register it in your customer profile. To do this, navigate to your orders section and select "Register Return" for the corresponding order. Follow the instructions provided in the online form to complete the registration process.
2. PACKAGE RETURN
Ensure that the original items are securely packed for transport using the original packaging or your own shipping box along with the stuffing material. We cannot accept returns with damaged original packaging or that are damaged due to improper packaging. Before sealing the package, include the return slip that was emailed to you after completing step 1.
3. SHIP RETURN
Take the packaged return to a parcel service provider branch or drop-off point of your choice such as Post, GLS, UPS, DPD, Hermes, and so on. Keep the receipt provided by the service provider until we confirm receipt of your return by email.
4. PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN
We will process your return as soon as possible and keep you informed via email of the status updates. Please allow our team a few days to ensure that everything is processed correctly. If there are any questions, we will contact you.
